「Terrible, can't open the door, towels are dirty, lamp is not working!」

「This basic motel is used by truckers, so there are no amenities in the rooms like coffee machines, hair dryers, a closet to hang up clothes…. The bottom sheet on the bed was too small for the bed and was not a fitted sheet.」

「 Flew in from California alone. This hotel had decent ratings and is close to my sweethearts house, so I booked it. I love this place! Not sure when it was built but, it all felt brand-new. I didn’t get to check out the gym but, the breakfast was more than I expected. It was great. A nice selection and it’s FREE. I’ve booked 2 upcoming stays with a 3rd very soon. Highly recommend this Hilton. 」

「Stayed here a few times now and it is really a top notch facility and employees really go the extra mile for you. I was concerned about finding the Diamondbacks game and the young lady at the front desk did everything and more to make it happen for me. Great great customer service. She could write a book about how to empathetically help a customer. 」

「Stayed 1 night but enjoyed my stay. The room and bathroom was clean. It had all the regular amenities plus a microwave and refrigerator. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast options of cold or hot foodd were great. Had a nice stay and would stay again or recommend it to others traveling through Phoenix.」

It’s located in a quiet and clean neighborhood and it’s location provided easy access to the metropolitan area as well as highways to other parts of Arizona. Eloy, the property owner was great to deal with and checked in multiple times to assure we had everything we needed for our stay. Would rent this house again for my next trip to Phoenix」
