“Hotel sells day passes to cruise ships since it is the closest to ships, no beach or pool lounges left for hotel guests by late morning. Need to get lounge early in AM. After spending $3,000 for 5 nights, asked for 11:30 checkout, 30 minutes late, they wanted $50! Front desk employees seem inmature, didn’t even pull up my account ”

“Its was wonderful. The staff is vey kind and knowledgeable. The food was delicious. Did not go in the pool. But is beautiful to look at . There was some outside noise that may be can be controlled by signs. No complaints otherwise. Beautiful historic boutique hotel. ”

“The room (clean) had a view out to the water. There was a fridge and microwave and coffee pot - felt like a micro apartment. There's a staircase onto the roof to enjoy even more views. Right at a pedestrian crossing to the beach. Secure micro-resort. Nice pool, Well kept, Good breakfast food (variety and abundance) And the STAFF ARE AMAZING!!! ”

“i can’t say enough about the staff!! they are magnificent. Every amenity is anticipated before you ask. the beach staff is on the ball every minute. the beach itself is captivating. The Beach Club has the beautiful versailles gardens that are breathtaking and the grounds ooze history of opulence. ”

“Wildly expensive for what it is. We had a suite room, and began with switching rooms. The tub in our first room didnt work, there was blood on the bathroom walls, the lock fell off the door, we found a used blunt on the balcony, and one of the bathroom lights didnt work. We had a room closest to the lobby, which had loud music all the time. We had a two-year old, so even if the room was perfect we would have likely tried to move rooms. I'm not sure why they would book a toddler in that room.……

“There's a problem with the housekeeping. They were supposed to clean our room every day. We complained about it several times, but they never did it, until the last day, when they did the bed, but nothing more. It was really disappointing.”

“I will prefer staying in Atlantis, not this hotel. This hotel must need renovations, the AC is very noisy, room is dirty, the bathroom door cannot be shut properly, need to walk a long hallway to the lifts It is not worth at this high price of USD 900 2 nights”
