“Room location 444 was not ideal. It’s next to the elevator and you hear it moving up and down ALL night and early in the morning. Around 3:00am repairs were being done that cause a loud banging against metal sound. It last an hour. I had an early flight that morning so needless to say it was not a comfortable restful night that I’m used to at this hotel.”

“The room was outdated. There was a constant towel shortage. The heated pool wasn’t heated. The “pool bar” never opened in 6 days. The gym wasn’t open. The breakfast had many options to choose from but the hot food wasn’t hot. The location was good but on a very busy road. If there are other options for a similar price, stay there!”

“Pros:
Good balcony with nice lagoon view
Hammocks were amazing. Lots of lounge chairs.
Easy walk to beach
Pool seemed clean
Housekeeping was good.
Cons:
Room was in terrible shape.
Dishwasher falling apart and not properly adhered to counter space.
Pull out bed was unusable. It was described as being able to sleep 4. We had 3 people and 2 had to sleep on the floor. The pull out matters was thin and torn. Some of the springs were missing from the support. The large king size bed had terrible……
