“Clean and neat property with a small private beach that can get somewhat crowded from cruise day-passers. Staff was mainly friendly, although often came across unhelpful members. Hit with a “hotel fee” of $250 upon checking out that was not mentioned during check-in that meaningfully changed my opinion; otherwise, clean place with an OK location that did its job. Likely better spending marginally more to stay on Paradise Island with better beaches and more accommodating staff (and no hidden……

“Its was wonderful. The staff is vey kind and knowledgeable. The food was delicious. Did not go in the pool. But is beautiful to look at . There was some outside noise that may be can be controlled by signs. No complaints otherwise. Beautiful historic boutique hotel. ”

“Regular Holiday Inn right across the road from Junkanoo Beach next to a very busy (and loud) intersection. Spent a whole week here in March (1 adult+1child). Rooms were comfy and had mini fridge and microwave which was great, so we didn’t have to eat out for lunch and supper every meal. Breakfast was better than expected- liked the overnight oats, waffles, sausages and hash browns. Water from their machine didn’t taste great but bottled water and other drinks are available for purchase and……

“i can’t say enough about the staff!! they are magnificent. Every amenity is anticipated before you ask. the beach staff is on the ball every minute. the beach itself is captivating. The Beach Club has the beautiful versailles gardens that are breathtaking and the grounds ooze history of opulence. ”

“Hotel needs improvement, no amenities in the room, no hangers, no coffee maker, you need to walk 1/2 mile to the nearest Starbucks, the closest beach is within walking distance as well but no chairs or umbrellas for rentals, no food kiosks either. ”

“Property is located on the top of a hill. Room was clean and staff was courteous.Location is far from Downtown. Beautiful ocean view, but not suitable for swimming. All main attractions are driving distance. ”

“Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. ”
