“The unit was cute and cozy and very clean. The bed was super comfortable. The only issue was the army of gnats that invaded the unit and flew in my face all night and concern about the back door. The back door opens out so it’s hard to put a chair against it or a doorstop or anything to keep someone from entering or alerting you to an intruder. However, the neighborhood seemed relatively safe and I managed to lean a chair against the door so that it would fall and make a noise if somebody did……

“Consistent great services across all 4 days of us staying there. Definitely clean and new as described. the rooftop pool was amazing (with warm water when we visited in feb!) gym and laundry was available and we made good use of it too.

“The room was filthy. The AC vent in my room was completely blocked by a dust blanket and as a result the AC didn’t truly work. The sink in the bathroom did not drain. The toilet roll holder did not stay together. Each day I’d end up with less and less towels even after requesting a refill. They never resupplied my complimentary water each day. Adjacent rooms were both extremely loud into the late hours of the night. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had anywhere in the world.……
