“We loved the suite we got instead of just getting a room at another at another hotel. We were able to get groceries and have breakfasts, coffee, and lunches in our suite and have dinners out. The pool is nice and never crowded. It’s a lovely, small place. Not loud and crowded which we liked way better than the big hotels. There was construction going on across the canal but they can’t help that. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much. It was our second time staying there and we would……

“The pictures are absolutely not accurate! Crusty old and run down. If you have any type of weight to you, you will not fit on the toilet. The kitchen was disgusting and old. The entire place was disappointing at best... AVOID”

“Consistent great services across all 4 days of us staying there. Definitely clean and new as described. the rooftop pool was amazing (with warm water when we visited in feb!) gym and laundry was available and we made good use of it too. excellent hotel location with lots of good restaurants around. there’s also supermarket and pharmacy within walking distance Highly recommend!”

“Housekeeping did not get done daily as stated. Bathroom was not very clean and the door (though fixed when called out) was broken upon check in. I wouldn’t stay here again. ”

“The stay was good. Free hot breakfast was good too. Staff was nice. Room nice, but I did find stains in one of the pillow n some object that sting me. They do charge 35 dollars for parking, I think that was pretty expensive. I think if I'm paying for hotel n I'm a guest, it should be free”

“This hotel is walking distance from the Brightline station which was helpful. Lots of homeless people in the bus area but the hotel is centrally located and nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice also.”
