Quinn was very helpful in letting us go ahead and get our parking pass even though we were early. A little confusing getting around inside at times. 「Ignore the bad reviews. Except for one regarding elevator they’re old anyway. Found everything & everyone to be excellent. Nice lobby area and bar. Room was great. Had problem with tv & was told maintenance would gone by. I expected it to take an hour or more but guy was there within minutes. All staff was very friendly. There was a rubber band for braces under the desk but was right against edge of dresser so can see how vacuum wouldn’t have gotten it. Housekeeping should do visual check....
