"Loved everything. Only thing is their is no microwave or refrigerator so alot of food was wasted. Pleaseeeeeeee get microwaves in the rooms. Other than that AMAZING "

"The hotel is in a serene location. The staff, Mr. Jim, was professional and welcoming. This is my second time staying at the hotel because its location near Mount Holyoke College. The hotel was very nice with spacious and clean room. The breakfast was nicely set up of protein (eggs and ham or sausages), carbs (pancakes or french toast sticks, potatoes), fruits and an area of beverage machine and bread. I liked the hotel has a gym and pool with hot tub which operates from 8am-10pm. There are not any convenient stores nearby, so all snacks and drinks need to be purchased in town. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Enjoyed the am breakfast every am. Staff was friendly. The toilet seat was cracked in the bathroom and a maintenance man came right away and replaced it. He was very friendly and concerned about a funeral I had to attend. The room was clean and very neat. Front desk staff was also friendly and courteous. Enjoyed my stay."
