「Only reason for leaving a 4 star review is they were supposed to have the pool opened which I why we booked that hotel, but when asked why the gate was locked to the pool they said oh they just haven't got around to cleaning it yet. Pool had been "opened" for a few weeks at this point.」

「We chose a room with a creek, but with the air conditioner turned on, we couldn't hear the sound of the creek at all. There was not enough time to ventilate the room, there was an unpleasant smell when we entered, and I sprayed a lot of lysol. The bathroom is very! Very! Small! ! ! It's hard to open the door to get out of the tub and your leg or bath towel will rub against the toilet! The washbasin is so high that even young children can't wash their hands and brush their teeth by themselves. A...

「Lovely view of the river. Trolley stop right outside the hotel. Easy walking to dining options. 」

「This is an older hotel in the middle of downtown Gatlinburg. The rooms were clean and updated. You can walk right out of your room to the strip to shop or dine. Upon arrival our refrigerator and microwave were not working. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful to get us to a room that was in working order. The breakfast was good and located on the top floor with a nice view. We would stay here again if visiting downtown Gatlinburg.」

「Great location very nice staff. Our room wasn’t quite clean enough and my bedside lamp was broken and the AC had a funny smell sometimes and the juice machine was broken but the bed was very comfortable and the temperature was good. The room was comfortable. We would stay here again but I would ask them to vacuum and fix the lamp next time.」
