「The staff was helpful and friendly! The water was nice and hot with great water pressure! I only gave you four stars because the coffee on 2 days was like water. And the bathroom needed a deep scrubbing. (Some dirt was ground into the floor, doors and walls)! But it was a reasonable price and overall an excellent stay!」

「Wonderful price for a convenient motel in Gatlinburg. Nothing fancy but what more do you need then the sound of crickets and a creek by the balcony. Pool offered a 2ft swimming area for my toddler which was great 👍 chef makes cook to order food on weekends USES REAL EGGS!」

「酒店坐落在高处，房间内有很好的景色。房间面积理想，周围很安静。有户外阳台，坐在室内就可以观赏美丽的落日。酒店有充足停车位，早餐内容也不错。游泳池也不错，适合孩子和大孩子，但不适合成人锻炼使用。整个小镇有免费的巴士，很方便出行。唯一奇怪的是入住几天没有人来打扫房间，最终实在不能忍受，找工作人员要求才得到了非常凑合的打扫，脏床单不更换，浴室也没有清洁。这是一个很大的遗憾！」

「I rarely leave negative reviews, but our stay at this hotel was unacceptable. We booked through Expedia for the Fourth of July weekend and expected a clean, comfortable room. Instead, we walked into a room that clearly had not been cleaned properly. There were dead bugs on the shower ceiling, crumbs and trash on the floor, including someone else's receipt, what appeared to be blood on the bed sheets, a leaking shower, and what appeared to be fecal matter near the toilet. These are not minor...

Unfortunately, our room was located very close to the check-in office, which meant there was constant foot traffic and additional noise. 「Our stay was not the best.. we made our reservations through a 3rd party and the room didn't look like the room we booked online (we thought we were supposed to have a kitchen area). When we asked they said the pictures online were for all different types of room, not to the specific room specified. The 2nd night we were there we had a huge cockroach in our bathroom. They moved us to another room and when we got out of the car there was a dead roach outside the door in front of our new room....
