Kuta Sea View was exceptional. Bali is known for incredible hospitality, but this resort took it to another level. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with beautiful smiles, and the service only got better throughout my stay. My villa was immaculately clean, beautifully presented, and the bed was blissfully comfortable. The balcony with a daybed, surrounded by lush gardens, was a perfect place to sit in the shade and read a book. What impressed me most was the staff. Many of them, especially management, greeted me by name each time they saw me, which really stood out as this is not a tiny resort. Every staff member I encountered — housekeeping, bar staff, restaurant staff and administration — was friendly, welcoming and always smiling. The location is excellent, with the beach just across the road. Turn left and you can walk to traditional Bali shops and restaurants; turn right and you are close to Beachwalk Shopping Centre and plenty of dining options. The buffet breakfast had a huge range and the food was delicious. I also ate at the restaurant, which had a great variety of food and was reasonably priced. The pool area was spacious, with plenty of shade and very comfortable lounges. I honestly could not fault this resort and will certainly be booking again.

A really lovely place to stay. I enjoyed 3 nights in the Ethnic Suite and it was fabulous. The staff were wonderful and always offering to help, the food was great and the spa is just the 'icing on the cake!' I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place. I came to here by myself to stay five nights. The view of the forest is amazing from the room. The coffee machine, 6-7 tea choices with a teapot, fruits, sodas etc were complimentery in the room. Breakfast and meals are also amazing at the restaurant with a live music in the evenning. I used the gym which has a really nice view. Also had a deep tissue massage at the spa which was amazing. I usually dont write reviews but this hotel deserves a good review. I really eant to thank to all the staff who are really helpful and kind.
