“Great unit for the price! Unit was clean and comfortable. The back bedroom does not have its own AC unit so if you’re someone who likes it VERY cold at night that may be an issue. (the other bedroom and the main room do have their own units). You need to pay attention to the spout in the shower if you have a younger child. Can get hot very quickly. Did not have much interaction with the host. Nice, safe location. Would stay again.”

“Great location for us, very clean, very good communication from kind host.”

“It is obvious that the pictures in the listing were many years old. This unit was dirty and run down. The shower/tub had mold. The towel holder was ripped off the wall and sitting on the floor. There was a slight unpleasant smell to the bathroom. There was a used towel hanging on the back of the door. I had to use the clean towels to fill in the gapping holes in window because the air conditioner was held in place with failing duct tape. It got down to 39 degrees one of the nights I slept there.……

“We came in for my family reunion at chesnut ridge. Jyl was awesome at communication and the place was in a beautiful setting felt safe for kids to be out and about. A plus was my sisters family stayed right next to us so that was very fun for all of us!! Great stay location to get to EA, nlNiagara Falls etc and people! Thank you for everything! The Crosby family (drove in from Minnesota)”

“Room and bathroom was old and dirty, with very bad smell. Bed was not clean. Towels were old.”

“Not clean or well kept. Thin walls.”

“Staff were helpful and the bed was clean and comfortable”

“Absolutely gorgeous view and area. The place was spacious and very clean. The host was very kind to us when we had trouble with the door. We will definitely stay here again”

“First off, it is not even in the same building as listed in the photo. There was a homeless person sleeping on the steps outside the building. The interior is MUCH SMALLER than the pictures you see. The furnishings are not as they are in the pictures. We were there 2 minutes and turned around to find another place to stay. DO NOT BE FOOLED!! This place is a joke! Horrible.”

“The 1 problem that we had the whole time we stayed in this downstairs apartment was the uncomfortable, chilly temperature we could not regulate. There is no separate thermostat for the area where we were staying so our temperature depended on what it was in the main house above us. The cold air that we felt when walking in at night after being away all day was not comfortable for sleeping. We were visiting WNY in July from our home in Georgia where we don't have our thermostat set that low……

“Very close to restaurants and art house movie theater. Parking was secure. Apartment was very comfortable and roomy.”

“It was a great house with lots of space for 5 of us. Hosts were great and helpful. Cutest friendly dog joined us for coffee on the front porch each morning! I would definitely stay there again!”

“Apartment was bright and spacious with everything a traveler would need. I especially appreciated the laundry supplies so I didn't have to purchase anything for just one load. Bed and furniture was comfortable and the place was nice and quiet. It was great to have an elevator. Apartment was clean except that the closet with the washing machine was pretty cluttered and dusty. Would stay here again.”

“Cute and cozy. Host did a great job communicating. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The property was very nice, and communication with host was super easy!”
