"There was mold on the windows. Breakfast was not included, paid for parking. Did not know any of this was prior to booking. The staff knocked on our door constantly starting at 7am - 11am, we were not planning on checking out till later. Staff was in our rooms when we were gone did not know we had to specify for that as well. We were not really comfortable with our stuff being moved while we were gone. And really noisy neighbors slamming doors at 2am."

"The property does not prioritize guest or worker safety. There was ongoing construction to the pool and no notice on their website or third party resellers like hotels.com. Toxic fumes permeated guest areas due to the aforementioned construction and there was deceased insects in areas with food contact. Molded or mildewed outdoor furnishing and visible neglect. Very disappointed. There were no other rooms available and we were unable to complete our stay. Management was either unwilling or unable to address and remedy our concerns. "

"The only amenities we used outside of our room were parking and the pool. The pool while obviously older seemed well kept and was in a nice quite area of the hotel. The parking garage can be stressful when packed and cars are coming back and forth but that's not on the hotel, that's just on people driving 60 in a parking garage. Overall the room was PERFECT. It was clean, the AC worked perfect, we had a great view, the shower (water pressure was nice), and the beds were a nice firmness. Also everyone who was on staff during our stay was AWESOME and so flipping helpful "
