Also the property was very clean and the amenities were perfect for our stay. Thank you Alberto for your hospitality and being a great host.」

「The host was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. Amenities were as described. Furniture in living room not as described or pictured - it was 2 single beds stacked perpendicularly, difficult to sit and watch TV. Otherwise the apartment was comfortable. Description should include narrow steep staircase to 2nd floor apartment.」

「Great location! We loved the neighborhood, the street, access to all kinds of wonderful restaurants, stores and transportation. The building was definitely a 200 year old building (lots of stairs), as it should be in that neighborhood. More attention could be paid to some of the minor items (sinks, kitchen appliances, bedside lamps, etc.). Nothing that a serious walk thru wouldn't take care of. But exceptional for the price and location. The management was responsive to issues as I made them...

「Just as described, cute little apartment, clean, well stocked, host answers messages quickly. Tons of stuff right next door in Passyunk square. A couple of blocks from the subway.」

「Clean room, ease getting in and out, subway nearby (though we only felt safe taking it as a group due; there was a shooting two stops north of Fairmount on the last night of our stay). Hosts were very fast to reply to requests and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Very easy getting to and from the Pennsylvania Convention Center by subway and Uber/Lyft; would stay again in the future!」
