「The rooms were amazing. They were built into the side of the mountain. The breakfast was very good and the the restaurant was on the top floor with large windows to give a beautiful view or the town and the hot air balloons when they were in the air. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Ramazan was always available to answer questions and give suggestions. He also customized a tour that was specific to our needs.」

「与隔壁的网红苏丹酒店是姐妹酒店，从酒店里就能走到苏丹酒店，早晨也可以在苏丹的网红平台上拍照，去酒店里的房间像是走迷宫，上上下下的，经常一不小心就走错了，我们选的房间很大，分成两个独立的房间，非常有特色，早餐也很好吃，有整块的蜂巢，下午3点半还会有下午茶提供。整体来说体验还是很不错的。」

「The hosiptality was amazing! We had a very warm welcome by staff Rose, she is SUPERB! Gave us very good advise of where was the best spots for chasing hot air-ballnoon and gave us good tips of taking photos in secret places as well. 「We are very grateful for the efforts of the hotel colleagues. Due to schedule constraints, the hotel allowed us to check in two hours early on the first day. On the last day, due to schedule constraints, after returning from the Red Route, the hotel still arranged a place for us to shower so that we could continue our trip. We are very grateful for their hospitality. If we visit Cappadocia again, we will still choose this hotel.」

「We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful hotel. The rooms were beautiful, the breakfast excellent, the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located – not right in the middle of the busiest part of the town but just a short walk there. It is very quiet immediately around the hotel itself. The views from the rooftop Terrace are spectacular. Cannot recommend more highly.」

「The staff were very friendly. Our booked hot air balloon ride was canceled unfortunately, but the staff helped us find another available balloon flight, allowing us to proceed as planned. Additionally, due to the delay in the hot air balloon schedule, we missed out on the hotel breakfast, but the staff prepared sandwiches for us. Every corner of the hotel has great spots for photos, and at checkout, they even gave us a souvenir. Highly recommend this hotel!」
