「The only issue was lift not working but Jane helped to take luggage up the stairs. Breakfast a very wide choice table service. Very clean room and restaurant evening meals very good. Parking around the reception area but confusing when you are not driving. Hence the luggage issue.」

「The staff was very friendly, and willing to help find attractions, recommend restraunts, and offer local recommendations. A few in our party had limited mobility so the staff assisted carrying their bags. The staff really went above and beyond. The room and facility were very clean and home. It was the exact thing we were looking for and hope to return in the future.」

「The location of this hotel was excellent. RIght on the main street by the water and next to the high street. The hotel itself was "interesting". There was no lobby or restaurant open and there wasn't always someone at the front desk. There is no elevator, but the female staff carried up my heavy suitcase four floors. The floors are not level and they squeak. The windows casings were broken in one of the rooms we took. The shower hardly put out any water and it was slightly unsafe trying to...

「The hotel is very well situated for exploring the full area of the Shetland Islands. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is plenty of parking space and there is a fuel station next door and a very good fish and chip shop across the road, both of which are very useful.」
