“When we got there. The staff had no idea where our room was. Told us misinformation and had no keys for us to be able to come and go from our room . It wasn't until the next day staff bought us clean linens and keys to us. ”

“I had to register over a cell phone by a lady who couldn’t speak English. A man came on phone and said lady needed my id and credit card to take a picture on phone. Not too thrilled with that. Accommodations were ok for price. No coffee in room. Had to go across parking lot to office to get a terrible watered down cup of coffee. There was NO breakfast even though it was advertised on web. For $10 more I would rather go to Comfort Inn next door for great room and great breakfast of waffles,……

“This room was very nice for the price. It’s set up like a mini condo with a living room area, stove and near full-size refrigerator in the kitchen area and plenty of storage. It also has a large window in the bedroom area. The bed was also pretty comfortable. All in all it is definitely a great value in a great area with many shopping and dinning options. We will definitely stay here again.”

“the room is OK, big and clean.
However,there is something "difference" in this hotel.
1. you have to borrow everything from the frontdesk, incluging coffee machine, hair dryer, cup ,dish.
2. there is no place for breakfast. you have to bring everything from the frp desk to your room. But dont't worry, because the breakfast is almost "nothing".
3. you should go earlier for the breakfast, we go for breakfast at around 0850, and there is no bread anymore there. and the stuff just said"the bread is……

“My room wasn't swept nore cleaned properly.
No one came to clean it the next day I had to ask for towel trash bags n a broom to sweep the room. I was not impressed at all ”
