Dallas Grapevine Municipal Golf Course Hotels

"They seem to be understaffed. My room was cleaned 3 times and yet, there was still small pieces of paper on the floor next to my bed. I wondered how thoroughly they vacuumed. The concierge on my fist day seemed to be too distracted to assist a pal of mine and another day, a different concierge seemed a bit apathetic. Everybody has a bad day. I don't think it was common behavior there."

"The pool was filthy! Hair, debris and bandaid was floating in the pool. The water was cloudy. It was not kept clean. "

"We have stayed at this location in the past with no problem. I chose this location because it is across the freeway from Grapevine Mills Shopping Center. When I have business in the area my wife can go to the mall. The week before I booked my reservation, I called the motel and spoke to the manager specifically asking if the shuttle could drop my wife off at the mall and she replied that would be no problem so I booked the room. The next week when we arrived and checked in they refused to drop her off at the mall. We will not be staying at this property again. And the breakfast wasnt that good either."
