“The house was perfect for our family of 5. We enjoyed sitting by the fireplace on cold nights and fishing off the dock when it warmed up. Host was responsive and informative. Great place!”

I feel like the hosts had thought of everything, with easy secure bike storage and charging set-up for our e-bikes. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook comfortably and plenty of coffee too! We always bring our own, but it was so nice to have. Even though it was warm in June in Bentonville, we enjoyed the hot-tub every evening to soothe……

“This is a beautiful home situated close enough to walk and ride to almost everything you want to do in Bentonville. The house also has a great garage for your vehicle if you plan to drive anywhere. Beds are comfortable and the house has all you need.”

“Pictures on listing were very misleading. The pool was green and full of debris (on the surface and on the bottom) upon arrival. There was pool scum all over the steps of the pool and the floor of the pool. The water fountain and waterfall were not working. The hot tub and pool both smelled of musty water. The hot tub had broken parts. Pool cleaning tools were strung around. Broken wooden outdoor trash container that had many exposed nails. Pool lights didn’t work. No firewood provided for……

“We had a wonderful stay at this house in Bella Vista! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the hot tub was great to relax in at the end of each day. We would definitely recommend staying here if you are ever in northwest Arkansas! The location was also nice, as it was just a short distance away from Bentonville, but the house is in the woods and very private.”
