On our outward journey we were given an upgrade to a suite, very nice! On the return not so much luck but still a very nice room. Travelling with a 16 year-old teenager maybe it's time for separate rooms. The concierge arranged both a pick-up and drop-off at the airport, and it worked like clockwork - first class……
