"The hotel was friendly, clean, and tidy per usual but as the hot water was out most of the time over the course of two days, and the hotel seemed happy to charge full rates rather than adjusting them for the lack of one of THE primary services a hotel should be providing, I must ding the score. Thankfully they did repair the boiler in a relatively quick manner (considering the scope of the job) but they seemingly had no conception of compensating for their lack of what is arguably one of their most "required" services."
