「We're Asian travelers for businesses visit here this is our 2nd time staying herr, great services and friendly staffs here, we'll surely back here again.」

「旅館附近的街道非常狹小，車輛又多，上下車非常不方便。旅館又沒有自己的停車場，必須停在附近的停車場，車子又多，常常停不到位子！另外客房服務不到位，等了兩個多小時沒有人來舖沙發床，一直到深夜12點，只好自己下樓，請人送被單床單來自己鋪床。櫃檯電話竟然都打不通！」

「The staff really sucks, I could check in at 4pm, I came in at 9pm and they told me the room wasn't ready just the twin beds and they didn't know when it would be ready. I said it's not my problem, you need to fix it, and the front desk said it's not her problem, and the service at this hotel is really bad.」

「I stayed in the hotel with my family during Thanksgiving. It was wonderful. The hotel is clearly a nice choice! The rooms are not big, but nice and clean and cozy. The location is unbeatable. You can walk to Indepdence Hall, China Town, Macy's, the City Hall. Everything is closeby. And you can easily have a nice breakfast or lunch at Reading Terminal Market. Definitely recommend the hotel. I hope to have the chance of visiting Philly again and will definitely choose the hotel again. 」

「The property once you step up the steps and go through the doors, is nice. It is secured, but the area around it doesn't line up. I had no issues however, I enjoyed my stay! 」

「The room was clean and tidy and very quiet. Despite being by a very busy street, I heard zero traffic noises. The interior was quiet too, so I was able to rest comfortably. The building is overall a little bit dated, but it's clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful whenever I had to pop downstairs for any reason. The parking lot is small, but I have a smaller vehicle and it suited me fine, especially since it was free to use the gated garage. Located across the street from a grocery...

「The room is big, the service is friendly and generous, the giant atrium is well-kept vintage. Good pool, room perks. Getting the hotel shuttle was the only hitch. Hotels.com chat bot was glitchy and unproductive. This is not on the hotel staff. Automate it all the way, or don't advertise it. "Contact property for help" from a noisy curb outside baggage claim took 30 min.」
