"Friendly staff Clean room. Though, the bathroom was very hot even with the AC on all day. Nice pool area but early closng time at 8pm and the pool bar only opens after 3pm. The bartender mistook our drinks with someone's else. The only bad experience we had with the hotel was the transportation to Ha Noi. It was a separate service that we booked through the hotel. We had to changed 3 times, and got dropped of around the corner instead of in front of our next hotel. It was a short walk but with all the luggages we had and the crazy traffic with no sidewalk, it was not enjoyable AT ALL. "

"Room was clean and accurate of the pics on the website. Pool was nice to go in after a day of hiking. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful and friendly. Was peaceful in the evenings. Beautiful view of the mountains behind the property. "

"The balcony door in room 206 didn't have a handle so I was stuck outside on the balcony. Staff were helpful and got me back in quickly. The hotel is run down and needs upgrading. The views were lovely but would just visit for a drink not stay. "

"This family-owned resort is nestled right up against the majestic limestone karsts of Tam Coc. Great location....outside of the bustling town of Tam Coc, and so it is very quiet and peaceful, and yet just a short walk to town for dining and shopping. Our bungalow was large and comfortable. The bungalows had been recently rebuilt. The family kept to the traditional style and decor, but included many modern improvements, such as efficient air conditioning, insulation, and multiple outlets. The pool was large. The breakfast was wonderful, with both Western and Asian offerings, and plenty of fresh fruit. And the family was warm and welcoming. Kelli (perhaps the manager?) was more than friendly and helpful in every way, and spoke excellent English. We highly recommend staying here if you choose to stay in the Tam Coc area. "

"Wonderful stay, and fantastic staff, very helpful. Food was also very good. The only down side is a bit out the way and Road is not great for cars."
