My favorite, and honestly most modern stay throughout my Vietnam holiday! Right in the heart of the old quarter. Above all the service by the staff is just immaculate. Warm good mornings. Friendly greetings upon your return. Location about 5-8 minutes from most things. Right near train street. Right near the night market. Cathedral and opera house all around a 15-20 minute walk. They're a great help with organizing bookings and tours and help with transportation. Overall true professionalism. l'd stay again for the staff alone. The rooms are modern and cleaned well. Daily breakfast. Some wear and tear is showing in the rooms water spots/ Suitcase scuff marks but overall very pleasant stay! Rooms: 4 | Service: 5 | Location: 5

The hotel is in a nice location, close to Train Street and maybe 10 minutes to the top of Hoan Kiem Lake. There’s a very nice “Australian” cafe across the road, some really nice cakes to be had. The hotel staff, especially Katherine and Sebastian, were the best - they provided great recommendations for food and activities. The rooms are quite spacious with a king size bed and nice bathroom, the shower is excellent, hot and strong. Breakfast is great with savouries, fruit and pastries plus a range of other items. You can order eggs or omelettes - the only thing I would like to see is breakfast pho. I would definitely stay here again.

All staff were so nice and helpful! Especially Sebastian at the front desk. His hospitality was up beyond. Everything r walking distance. We only took a grab taxi to Sky Lotte observation deck which only cost about CAD$3 one way.

Excellent service at this very comfortable, relaxed boutique hotel. Kathy helped us a lot with booking tours and advice on how to get the most out of our stay. Street-view rooms are not too noisy. Other rooms have little natural light. Good breakfast buffet.

The hotel was amazing! Located pretty central of Hanoi, old quarter. A lot of places are walkable and the museums are only 10-15 mins drive. The rooms were great and spacious! The beds were comfortable and overall neat. Alex did an amazing job making sure we got the best deals with day tours (I recommend booking with them). Lin was amazing at providing recommendations around the area from top spots for picture taking to niche food that locals enjoy. All staff were amazing and went above and beyond during our stay. We picked up takeout on a rainy evening and the Bellboy even ran out to shield us with an umbrella! Thanks H Hotel, until next time.

Lovely hotel and all the staff at reception are awesome. Special compliments for bellboy Leo who was so sincere, friendly and hardworking! Only minor gripe was that the older female server at breakfast was really grumpy.
