「Sadly this was quite the disappointment. If you do stay pay attention to the pictures so you know where the entrance is. Then you enter a very small elevator and get off in a small space to your front door so best to hold your luggage until you’ve checked in. Then it’s an app to check in which did not work so my son had to reboot at least once, very frustrating process. Thankful he is tech savvy so handed it. 「Excellent location, very close to Shinjuku shopping street. Comfortable beds. We were allowed to check in after 14.00, it was very convenient for us. Good stay.」

But I never got the check in email, even after calling the morning of my check in, and end up standing on the curb outside for thirty minutes making calls until I got in. I would still book with them again, the room was good. But timely check in emails really help a traveler. 」
