"Renee was SO sweet and very responsive. The VRBO looks nothing like the photos though. We booked for 4 people thinking there was a bedroom and a living room like the listing stated. She made sure to text me letting me know it was a one bedroom. We were surprised to find it was just a studio apartment with one bed. We wound up having to book a separate hotel. "DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! IF THIS HOTEL IS AT THE LOCATION MAPS BRINGS YOU TO IT IS LITERALLY IN AN ALLY WITH HOMELESS PEOPLE EVERYWHERE. i drove in circles looking for the property - which could not find - it brought me to another motel which i asked if they knew where this property was and they said they did not know what hotel i was talking about. I DID NOT FEEL SAFE TO GET OUT OF MY CAR AND START WALKING AROUND LOOKING FOR THIS PROPERTY. i never checked in and they will not refund me. DO NOT BOOK HERE! "
