「I wanted to give this hotel five stars because it's convenient to Midtown locations and the front-desk staff is so helpful and friendly. All my requests were addressed immediately. Manager Eugene was particularly good to work with. The bed is quite comfortable, and the housekeeping is excellent. I reduced my rating to four stars for two reasons. 1) This hotel's listing on Hotels.com is inaccurate. It says the hotel has "Laundry facilities." Not true. The hotel has a laundry service that charges...
