Charming and spacious Victorian townhouse

Beautiful Victorian townhouse with original features from the 1800's. The kitchen has all appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine and tumble-dryer. There is a highchair and also dinnerware and cutlery for children and babies and also a little kitchen for little ones!

The front room/living room is bright and a lovely relaxing space. The large window is nice for experiencing the vibe of the up and coming Kings Rd. The fully converted large basement is great for socialising and consists of a 55 inch smart TV, it also has a good selection of books and toys for children of all ages.

The back patio area has a furniture set for your use, which is lovely on warm days and can feel nicely secluded.

The five bedrooms consist of king size beds (bedroom 1, 2 and 3), Double bed (bedroom 4), and there is an ironing board and iron, a day bed, spare pillows and travel cots (with bedding) in bedroom 5. The travel cots can be moved to any room.

The house has a brilliant parade of shops opposite as you can see from the photos. Harrogate Conference Centre is a short walk from the house. On Kings Rd we also have regular local bus routes that go straight to and from Harrogate train and bus stations, and the town centre. Lily pad, a new, and arguably the most trendiest bar in Harrogate is less than a minute walk from our house. Lily pad is an independent and serves a brilliant and inventive selection of cocktails and a very interesting (and tasty!) South American / Asia menu. The gorgeous Pink Door is across the road and has been getting rave reviews from our guests. Beyond the fab Lily pad and Pink Door, Harrogate has a great number of quality cafes, tea rooms, restaurants and bars.
