"We had an outstanding stay at the Orida Hotel. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel incredibly special. For our son’s birthday, they surprised us with a banner on our door, balloons, and even a cake such a thoughtful touch! Everything was spotlessly clean, and all the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The pool was excellent and a real highlight for our family. Breakfast was amazing, with a huge variety of options to choose from. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here! Thank your Orida and your wonderful team!"

"The one thing that stood out to me most of all was the staff!! Wow!! For this alone I would come back and travel 2 hours from home just to visit the staff again! What wonderful care and attention the man and the young lady at the front desk took! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Food is 5* minimal but just what you need and always being refreshed and topped up!. Rooms are basic but clean and tidy! "

"I had a really lovely stay at Holiday Inn IHG. I often choose Holiday Inn for my vacations because it is a perfect way to escape the busy life in London and truly relax. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the service throughout my stay was excellent. The receptionists were especially welcoming and helpful, a special mention to the receptionist at Holiday Inn Southend on Sea, who made check-in such a pleasant experience. The only small suggestion I would make is regarding breakfast time. It would be even better if breakfast could be extended until 11am, as when we’re on holiday we like to sleep in a bit later and take things slowly. Overall, I am very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend Holiday Inn for a relaxing getaway."
