「We had a great stay at this apart-hotel. The property was exceptionally clean, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The surrounding area was excellent, with plenty of amenities nearby, and the location was very convenient being so close to the station. The only minor issue was the green safety light in the room, which was quite noticeable at night. Aside from that, everything was excellent, and I would happily stay here again.」

「Checking in, we met another guest trying to enter our room as they've been shuffled around (whole building booked). Our codes didnt work and had to communicate for a while to grab the right ones. We've booked the deluxe room, however we were given the economy; there was only a bed and a few chairs and a table, our room did not match the photos. The owner/manager confirmed that we were given the "correct room" and that the amenities booked for the deluxe room were the same given to us,...

「半公寓模式，checkin前台在別棟，相信照片中較大的房間是地下一層吧，入住時安排了地下一層帶窗的，但畢竟來旅聽到是到下一層也是有點抗拒，沒有去看房直接跟前台說要求給2，3樓(帶露台的)，他們說客滿，但其實我訂房時就知道有地下一習的也要求給高樓層，但還是沒疫安排，最後安排去了4樓，升降機只到3樓，還要拿幾個行李上到4樓，正確來是閣樓吧，走道很小，房間也很小，雖然也是帶有小廚房，但這是英式房除的屋頂，窗子很小地是木板走動起來下層都感覺得到，有點失望，我們在倫敦住一星期，你要親自到前台要求房間清掃才行，而且只是3天一次，洗衣房是收費。但地點的確很方便，綠紅綠地鐵站都有，而且餐廳很多有尤其是廣東菜，可以走路到hyde park~ 可以寄存行李，但鄧是要爬樓梯。。 要是像我們要住很多晚的話，覺得其實還有很多選擇」

「Had a great stay in the center of a very lively area. We were traveling with a 15 month old toddler, and we requested a baby cot for his stay, which was set up in the unit before we arrived. They also provided a high chair, which was very helpful and an unexpected bonus for takeaway/take out food. We will definitely consider this property again the next time we go to London.」
