「This cabin needs a LOT of care. It was OK for our purposes, because we just needed a place to sleep more than anything, but if we were actually looking to "vacation" or "rest and relax" it left a lot to be desired--especially regarding upkeep and how it was furnished 1. Our sheets had HOLES in them! 2. No toiletries, other than body wash in the bathroom 3. No bath mat 4. Insufficient towels 5. Not enough dishes or mugs 6. No sponge for washing dishes, or anything to clean and wipe down...

「I will say that the floors, sheets, blankets, and towels were all clean. Very disappointed to find trash all over outside including the fire pit. Tools were scattered all around along with multiple blades in the driveway (luckily we didn’t get a flat tire). Above the sink on the light in the bathroom was a syringe with needle just laying there. The cabin smelled like cigarettes. The keurig didn’t work. And the hot tub when I finally got it turned on couldn’t be turned off. When we went to...

「The cabin was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen and bathroom were spotless. The host is awesome and responds quickly to any concerns or even just recommendations of the area. We stayed here and ventured out to the nearby trails and small towns. Our time at and around the cabin was very enjoyable.」

「Nice property with potential, but kitchen wasn’t completely functional. Oven didn’t work even after a repair. Oven was not just old but beaten up. In fact, the entire kitchen looked in need of sprucing up. Dishwasher was barely working. Setting was great and quiet and the game room was a big hit. Owner was quite responsive, but never offered a discount for the broken oven. I expected more from a 3,000 a week rental.」

「Location is great, plenty of firewood, quiet area. The front door lock didn’t work, the back yard had bags with trash on the ground, the hot tub water was dirty, the mosquito nets on the back patio were ripped up, the patio heater didn’t have propane in the tank, the grill’s grease pan was full. Property manager responded and solved some of the issue but this all could’ve been avoided with proper cleaning between stays. 」

「I was a little put off by the smell of dogs, i actually got spray from the store. All thr coffee mug except one had broken handles and all of the chairs around fire put were broken. Hot tub was fine but i was under the impression it was more excluded than it was. I was actually a little disappointed unfortunately. 」
