“Overall, the condo was nice. However, the big disappointment is that the shower drain did not drain properly and the shower floor would fill and flood into the bathroom within about 5 minutes in the shower. To me, this is just about as bad as staying somewhere that the toilet doesn’t work in. To stay in a place this nice, the expectation would be that at least those basic necessities work flawlessly. Very disappointing and I’m not so sure that I would stay there again.”

“Everything was very welcoming. Clean and in a great location. You can walk to the river or just enjoy the pool or hot tubs. Golf carts would be nice to carry your things to the river or pool, just a suggestion. Great place to stay at and we loved it!! Will do it again in the future!”

“There were multiple issues with checkin (code provided didn’t work), linen availability (only a flat sheet & 6 pillowcases were available for fold out couch), cleanliness of kitchen cooking utensils & pots/pans (food stuck on them in the drawers), toilet seat and toilet paper holder in master bath was broken, shower curtains dirty. The biggest issue was the HOA decided to paint our front door and leave it unlocked while we were away. This wasn’t the owners problem. They attempted to have the……

“Pool was located exclusively ”

“Everything was great. The condo was well stocked, clean, and comfortable (even the hideaway). The host was prompt with responses as well.”

“Bedding and baths were clean. Leftover personal items. The entire kitchen and bath floors were sticky, there was pizza boxes, leftover food in pantry and the appliances were not clean. The furniture was in disrepair and stained as well as the rug. Many photos and reports were made with no response. The access code did not work upon arrival. Suggesting remove all food, including old spices and any old coffee creamers or coffee. Deep clean appliances/cabinets, replace vent filter,……
