Spacious and clean room! Service was very friendly, I do recommend this place if ever you’re in Hoi An, not too far from the historic city/area, around 10-15 minutes of walk only.

Be aware that there’s no elevator in this hotel it might be difficult if you have problems to go up and down the stairs especially with luggage…otherwise it’s a good hotel at good location at a reasonable price

This place is a gem!! I am thrilled I found it, it is walking distance to Hỏi An old market. There is a great spa across from the hotel. The staff can’t be more welcoming, next to the hotel you can change USD money at an excellent rate. The room is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. I would come back here 10’x over. They also provide laundry service and gave it back to me at the end of the day. I took the family room that had 3 twin beds and 1 king bed.

Lovely small hotel with nicest staff I have ever encountered. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and lots of dining options nearby. ( Cafe 43was great) Easy walk to Old Town. Would definitely stay again.

Clean hotel and friendly staff

This hotel opened 2 weeks ago so it's in great condition and very clean. The staff are so sweet and helpful. The room is big and nicely decorated. The only thing we didn't like is the room is quite bright at night because the hall light shines into the room.

The property is clean. No elevator. The staff help to bring your luggage up when you arrive however they did not help to bring them down. Staffs are very friendly. The location doesn't allow 16 seats vehicle to come in so you have to take electric shuttle to come in if you have big group and using 16 seat vehicle. The location is within walkable distance (12 to 15 min walk) to Hoi An night market where you can catch a boat at night time with a lot of street food.

This property is not a villa, more like a homestay. It is someone's home that they converted the bedrooms into "hotel rooms". There is no elevator, so you need to trek your luggage up the long flights of stairs. It is difficult for elders and young children. The staff will not help bring your luggage up or down, you are on your own. The room was clean, however there was an overwhelming sewage stench in the bathroom that overflowed into the rest of the room. This made our stay extremely uncomfortable. The water pressure was on and off, and the hot water was limited. Their laundry service was more expensive then the 4 stars hotels we stayed at elsewhere. I would not recommend this property.

Perfect Stay in Hoi An!

We enjoyed our stay at Phong Phu Villa which was a brand new facility, only a year old, in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Our room was clean and spacious. The free breakfasts were nutritious, delicious local cuisine with exotic tropical fruits for dessert. The staff was attentive and helpful. Highly recommended!
