"The property is clean but very neglected. The elevator door opens like molasses, the ice machine doesn't work and when you ask for ice it is not even enough for two drinks. My sister in laws door had to be lifted up in order to close and there were two peep holes one of which was falling out. The vent in our bathroom was half off. The shower door had obviously been broken and just replaced with a curtain. The TV is extremely small and hard to see from the bed. The light from the parking lot also blinds you unless you completely close the black out curtain. The shower shelves hang down so small things actually fall out of them and the shower bottom is chipping and flaking. The carpet between the bathroom is lifting and you can see the tacks are showing. Lots of the furniture is worn and torn and can see the stuffing."

"Our room was clean and very comfortable King suite. Breakfast was perfect. Eggs toast and turkey sausage and the next was egg and ham croissants coffee and tea and juice oatmeal and waffles! Great way to start your day "

"This home was perfect for our family vacation. The house is spacious, modern and clean. We loved the pool, pool table, video games, games and TV options. The house was well equipped with kitchen appliances, beach towels, and games. The house is conveniently located. It is a nice neighborhood. The check out process was really easy. We had a fantastic stay. Thank you!"
