However, I was concerned about the maintenance of the property. One door covering the refrigerator was already broken off and gone. The other door in front on the clothes drawers was hanging by one latch and fell off during our time there. The microwave turntable was broken. And why do you have the……

“The TV didn’t work so they moved us to a different room. The bed a pillows were so horrible that neither my wife nor I got any sleep. We had reservations for two nights but couldn’t handle a second night in that bed. The staff was apologetic and offered to put us in a different room but we decided to just go home.”

“this property is located right on the St John River so if you have a boat or jetski this is a perfect location. they offer boat slip for overnight stay in the water. overall the hotel was nice and neat. would recommend.”
