"Very kind and helpfull staff. Although with limited english speaking skills, they did their best to communicate. Separate wifi networks in room and lobby (requires chinese mobile phone to receive sms access code), but staff will help you. Good buffet restaurant."

"From all the places I have been to in China, this place just stands out on top.
The staff were super helpful, and everyone I talked to there could speak English. Here I want to make a special mention of Sunny and Evan at reception. They went out of their way to help us with rebooking our room, and to know more about the area and activities.
The rooms are spacious and well kept, the food great, specially the buffet at night. The hotel and grounds are super beautiful, the waterfall pool...

"The hotel is centrally located. But it feels old, and dampness. Not so much service. Free parking, plenty of space on the ground level. Paid $110 including breakfast, while local people only pay $70 for the same room including breakfast. "
