"Housekeeper was awesome. Disappointed that management did not address the issue right away from day one at time of checkin that air conditioner wasn't working. They wouldn't give a discount for the inconvenience. Rooms are not very insulated and can hear noise from second floor and neighbors."

"We had an oceanfront room on the 2nd floor, and it was a beautiful space—clean and well-maintained. We appreciated having water in the fridge, as we usually bring our own. The main pool was lovely, but we couldn't find any seats because they were all taken. We tried to reserve two lounges in their reserved area with an ocean view for a couple of hours, but it was priced at $250 for two people, which seemed excessive, especially since no one was using them. They should have offered it at half that price; I bet they would have been sold out. We looked at other hotels in the area, and this is a really nice resort. We then went to the other pool, but it was quiet since there was no music. The DJ didn’t show up until Sunday."

"Did not end up staying there. We got caught in a situation where we didn’t have enough battery on our e-bikes to get back to our truck 20 miles away. We booked this hotel and when we went to check in the front desk worker said we couldn’t put our 2500 dollar bikes in the room. She would not let us stay there and she was very rude. I tried to cancel with hotels.com and when they called hotel the rude lady wouldn’t budge, so they basically took the $190 for a room they wouldn’t let us stay at. I ended up paying $50.00 to uber to take me 20 miles to pick up my truck. I left my wife sit at a crowded restaurant with our expensive bikes until I got back to pick her up. I do not recommend this place to anyone!!"
