「Towels are so old and dirty in the room. However, the breakfast is so surprised for us, we love it.」

「Nice hotel in a beautiful area, staff were polite but not very friendly. I did feel that I was being ripped off as the prices were top end and the quality wasn’t. DO NOT ask for a taxi, they organised a cab from central Reading that charged £40 for a 2 mile 10 minute journey at 3:30 in the afternoon!! Totally shocked at this.」

「The worst service. Location is a 30 minute walk away from High Street. Amenities were slim and poorly maintained. The restaurant is highly priced for food, coffee and beverages that aren't close to being freshly made. Some of the breakfast items were microwaved packages food, yet the cost was premium. Wi-fi is spotty around the grounds. Staff is truly unhelpful in every regard and will not go out of their way to assist you during your stay. There were many times that we asked for basic things,...

「Comfortable and well decorated room. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely with a freshly cooked hot option plus a very tempting array of pastries, freshly prepared fruit, cereals and yoghurt with healthy toppings plus cheese and meats if you fancied. The food in the restaurant was also very tasty. Definitely worth a visit.」
