“Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one……

“The condo itself was lovely and accurately described. They had lovely snacks for us and the kids laid out which was a nice touch. All the amenities you needed in terms of linens, hair tools, if you forgot your toothbrush etc. Very clean and comfy beds and pillows. Unfortunately, the listing incorrectly advertised onsite parking at the time of booking. We only learned two days before check-in—after full payment—that parking was offsite and farther than stated, several blocks away, definitely……

“This Vrbo was alright, but didn't feel like a great value for the price. The location was relatively convenient in terms of driving in and out of the city, and there were a good amount of stores and coffeeshops in the neighborhood, as well as street and garage parking. “We spent a couple of extra days in Mont Sainte Anne as a major winter storm passed through the area. This studio unit worked well for two (non-attached) guys. The pullout bed was comfortable. The unit was quite well-equipped in the kitchen, able to easily make dinner. Having the underground garage made access so easy. The lift ticket booth is less than the 30m distance advertised! Convenience could not be beat. Can’t think of any downsides or points for improvement. ”
