「Housekeeping forgot to clean up one of our room and I called at 4pm and asked them to make it up in the following 30-60mins when I was out. When I back to hotel at 8pm again the room remain the same. Finally they came and clean up and didn’t leave me new slippers (I left two notes to the reception, one in the morning and remind them again when I called at 4pm for housekeeping). 「Our stay at Nice Hotel Côte d’Azur was absolutely perfect. To our pleasant surprise, the bathroom featured both a bathtub and a shower base. The only minor issue was that the shower gel dispenser by the shower base was empty—but we simply used the one by the bathtub instead, so it wasn’t a problem. It's a short walk to the beach and the old town, plus there are good public transport options to explore a bit further. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The pillow menu was a really nice touch as I usually find hotel pillows too soft. Being able to request a memory foam pillow meant I slept perfectly. I would definitely stay here again. 」
