“We stayed for two night and were very happy with this house. Communication was excellent to get us sorted on arrival. It was a great location for site seeing. Warm and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. The property is a modern, industrial-style design with older details as features. It is set across a number of floors, so probably better for families with older kids and great knees! The bunk bed was scary for our 5 year old because the ladder doesn’t allow for an easy climb onto the bed.……

“Leaze Garden Cottage was excellent , well equipped and super clean.The garden space had plenty of seating area for sunny afternoons .Ideally situated for Bath , Wells and Bradford -on-Avon.Frome is just a 10/15min walk , with plenty of artisan shops and cafés. We had a lovely 3 days stay .”

“Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft mitten in Bath. Wir waren für 2 Nächte mit unseren Kindern (18 u. 15) in Bath. Das Haus ist sehr besonders durch die Lage und die 3 Etagen, auf die sich die Unterkunft verteilt. Es war sehr sauber und alles, was man braucht ist vorhanden. Es gab sogar Kaffee und Tee. Man konnte nahezu alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Bath fußläufig erreichen. Zum Entspannen konnte man sich sehr schön unten am Fluss auf die Terrasse setzen. Es ist trotz des Verkehrs auf der Brücke nicht zu……

“Very clean with everything needed for a short stay. Bed extremely comfortable! Extremely convenient location for city centre. Having a parking permit was very useful & there was always a space nearby. ”

“The check-in and precheck in welcome pack was all very professional. When we got there - the starter pack with cereals milk etc was a nice touch. Three very spacious and comfy double bedrooms available. A spacious bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.The house was very central - for shops and walking into centre.The only thing that we would suggest would be comfy seating in lounge - an extra sofa would have been great.And parking is only available overnight as permit holders only during day but……

“Great location, good facilities, comfortable and v clean. My only issue is the 10am checkout, so many places doing earlier checkouts, 11am would be more reasonable. ”
