「We got this room last minute. We did come in late at night but the staff wasn’t to helpful. Had the front desk closed off and not just late at night, but still in the morning at ten to nine. There was actually a fed ex guy there waiting for someone to take the package along with a couple other customers trying to figure out how to get a receipt for their stay. Kitchen set up would have been better if it had utensils and cookware. Fridge worked so that was the plus for us. It was not clean. Hair...

「Checkin was very difficult. Rooms keys weren’t working and after three attempts back and forth to front desk, guy finally came with master key. Only then to find out room was locked from inside (maybe occupied) it was midnight and we stood in hall for 30 mins while they tried to figure out. Finally they put us in a suite cuz they didn’t have any more queen rooms for the night. Front desk guy tried to help but was clearly overwhelmed and under supported. Had to ask for sheets for pull out bed...

「The room was awesome loved the walk in shower and the little nook for your towel so you don't even have to get out. Loved the mirror as well and the microwave mini fridge and coffee station it was all hidden only thing I didn't like was paying $15 for parking」
