"The room had wasted space and he walls were something. We could understand conversations from neighboring rooms. The breakfast was mediocre at best. TV channels limited. Everything else was very good."

"Newer property and right off of the highway. We stayed in a suite w a sofa bed. Water pressure for the showers was low. Area under the sofa had not been cleaned. Beds and pillows were super comfy. Staff at front desk for night shift was not all that helpful. One was on her phone the whole time, never made eye contact. Staff on check out were helpful, particularly Odane. Breakfast was good, refills were brought out frequently."

Quality Hotel & Suites At The Falls

"The hotel property and rooms were great for the price. The only two issues that I found were the parking (front desk personnel resolved the issue by pointing out alternative parking options) and there was no soap in my room, by front desk resolved that by giving me two bars. Other than that, it was a good stay and I would definitely book a room there again."
