“Called front desk to confirm I was checking in late night(10pm) and to request tower room. Female attendant told me over the phone none were available in à not so friendly attitude. Finally checked in and make attendant assisted. I mentioned if any tower rooms available. The female attendant overheard me addressing the male front desk attendant and interfere rudely in our conversation, just to say nothing was available. Nevertheless the male attendant proceeded to grant my request. Needless to……
