“Desde que lleguamos al hotel se siente un calor bien familiar, nos recibieron con ese amor, empezando desde los guardias de seguridad siempre pendiente a todo tiempo, los cuartos al 100% limpios, y bien olorosos, el personal de mantenimiento los mejores bien servicial a todo tiempo, la comida ruquisimaaaa les doy 20/10, pero los dueños del lugar son los mejores, nos recibieron como si nos conociéramos desde años son bien amable, bueno nos dittos nos sentimos como si estuviéramos compartiendo con……

“PRIMERO ME COBRARON DEMAS A LO QUE VALIA LA ESTADIA. NO HABIA UN MICROHONDA PARA CALENTAR CAFE, EL TELEVISOR NO SERVIA Y LA SABANA PARA UNO MITIGAR EL FRIO ERA DEMASIADA PEQUEÑA. EL ESTACIONAMIENTO ES EN EL HOTEL MELIA. YO QUE TENIA QUE SALIR A LAS 4AM TENIA QUE CAMINAR SOLA POR LA PLAZA ARRIESGANDOME A QUE ME PASARA ALGO. NO ME GUSTO LA EXPERIENCIA. YO ME HE QUEDADO MUCHAS VECES POR TRABAJO EN HOTEL PLAZA Y ES DIFERENTE.”

“Everything looks nice, But if you want your room to be cleaned and receive clean towels? You must request that when you check in. For the breakfast, it’s ok but I am allergic to eggs, they did have waffles and pancakes and I did not like. The bar was ok but, the some of the girls @ the bar was not so attentive. The staff during the day or the dining room was very attentive. The rooms do not have dressers, so expect to juggle through your suitcase.”

“The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.”

“I waited approx 40 minutes before getting response from host. Parking was limited with the exception of a lot where you have to go over side walk with ur car with a big rock in between. Trust me you wont have an oil pan after parking. The apt. Is on top of a hill, the area doesn't appeared safe at all. After seeing location not finding a place to park, i decided to leave however i loss all my money. No refund. Host never contacted me to at least refund half of the money. A total loss and waist……

“En el momento se fue la luz toda la tarde y la noche y el afiltron no tiene la cortesia de hacer un por ciento de rembolso por el servicio de la estadia y no tiene parking frente a la propiedad. Adicional le recomiendo q publique foto correcta de la casa q ofrece el servicio afuera no lo interno, pq hay otra foto q no le corresponde..”
