“I cannot say enough about Atelier! We have been to Mexico roughly 20 times but this was our first stay at this resort, and it did not disappoint. Resort was impeccable, rooms were beautiful (my favorite of any resort I’ve stayed at) and the service was phenomenal. I wish I would have wrote down more names to shout out, but I did want to give a special review of our pool server, Damarys, who could not have been more outstanding!! She was so unbelievably accommodating and sweet to our entire……

“I don’t usually write reviews, but this stay was so wonderful I just had to share it.
Every staff member was friendly, polite, and always smiling. Their warmth made such a difference and really made us feel welcome.
The food was amazing — we tried teppanyaki, French dishes, and everything tasted great. The restaurants were beautiful, and the cocktails at the pool bar were unforgettable. I’m not even a big drinker, but every drink was delicious!
Our room was cleaned twice a day, and the staff……

“We had a great stay! Every staff member we met was friendly. Entertainment and shows were great. We felt the buffet had the best options for food, the restaurants were not the quality what we have had from other all inclusive we have stayed at. The resort is very clean and drinks were good! For the price we got a deal!”
