We booked in the adults only section to be waken up by children playing outside. Honestly everything felt like ab inconvenience or like it required way more effort than necessary. “This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“It was a lovely resort. Very disappointed in the lack of beach. I am disabled so the actual beach or the far right was not acceptable for me. Lots of walking. The resort didn't have a wheelchair so we had to rent one which was ok because they delivered it very fast. The food was pretty good. There was only one I didn't care for. The golf cart guys were amazing. Everyone was very nice. Pools were good but very warm but it was mid August.”
