“food was absolutely TERRIBLE, there isn’t enough parking if you have a rental car, getting towels for the pool was EXTREMELY inconvenient, half the restaurants available required reservations that were incredibly hard to get. We booked in the adults only section to be waken up by children playing outside. Honestly everything felt like ab inconvenience or like it required way more effort than necessary. The staff were however very helpful and the housekeeping was amazing. Although the staff……

“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……
