「Generally good ,The room and the surrounding environment are clean and quiet, but there are mosquitoes in the room, and those shower gels, which are either not available or difficult to squeeze out.」

「This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic...

「We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very nice and there a lot of food options. The best part was the staff, more specifically Miguel the bartender at the Daisy pool bar, and Carlos the captain at the buffet. Both made our stay memorable and were the best part of our trip. There is a lot of wildlife in the hotel even outside of the specific wildlife area. Will be coming back soon.」
