「Bar had a fantastic selection of domestic and premium liquor. All the pools and bathrooms were clean and stocked at all time, with ample access and chairs available. The rooms were cleaned and restocked daily with our favourite drinks.」

「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...

Take US dollars, they will never give you change for pesos. À la carte bookings was an absolute nightmare. For the week my group of 9 got 1 restaurant booked. The spa is perhaps the best on earth, the interior mangroves and boat rides to restaurants is such a cool experience. The rooms are literally on top of the water, private pools, AMAZING service... truly an experience that I hated to end!」
