“Pros: perfect location and a very nice pool with a swim up bar. Cons: you can't trust room service. They stole $500 from my bag that never left the room - when I brought it up with management, they brushed it off. The majority of the staff were not very welcoming or helpful, with some limited exceptions. Food was average, rooms felt dirty and had a strong sewage smell that came and went.”

“Besides breakfast we went off resort for all our meals. Drinks were a hit or miss if you could get the attention of the bartender. Staff that were trying to recruit you in to tell you about their property destinations were extremely pushy and rude when declined. ”

“While the room itself was nice....the location is terrible. There is a view of the ocean, but it's across the street...so it's an ocean view but not ocean front. There is a gas station right beside the room...constant lines of traffic. there is a speed bump right in front, so all vehicles slow down. Two bright street lights shining into the room all night. I would certainly not recommend and def would not stay there again.”
