"The property is well planned with a few pools and a great beach with a lot of shaded seats, but please note that the south building overlooks the nearest hotel and not the sea. The rooms are sold as sea view rooms. You might catch a piece of the sea if you go out to the balcony and lean out. The north building has sea view. The rooms themselves are very nice. The food is quite good and the lines are not long. It’s easy to get a place in the restaurants. There are a lot of activities and the staff is very friendly. "

"This is a wonderful resort. Food is above average for an AI. French restaurant is excellent and piano player is a lovely addition to the ambiance. Indian restaurant was excellent as well. We never had to wait too long for our meals and meats were cooked as ordered. Beach is beautiful. Staff is excellent. Grounds are clean and has lovely landscaping now. They continue to add more greenery. Shout out to Tete our butler and Luis on the beach bringing us our cocktails. Suites are large and clean. We really enjoyed our week there. "

"Excellence everywhere! First off, kudos to the architect; this property is flows beautifully! The grounds crew are also top-notch, as every aspect of this resort is impeccably maintained. The staff were primarily exceptional! Shoutout to the barista's in the lovely coffee shop (nice options there), for helping me with my Spanish daily. Shoutout to Heidi at the pool for a day of stellar service. The FOOD here is innovative, fresh, flavorful and some of the best I've had at an all-inclusive. You will not be disappointed with the food, no matter the restaurant. The daily taco & flauta/taquito stand was great for many, but tasteless and dry for me. Attending one of the evening shows, "The Michael Jackson/Freddie Mercury Review." Michael impersonator had the worst stage make-up ever, and slippery shoes that were almost comical. The musicians, however, were a totally different story; a world-class ensemble. I was absolutely mesmerized by the violinist, wanting desperately to magically whisk him away to fame and fortune on a much grander stage. The Spa is a MUST VISIT! The hydrotherapy options were amazing and the staff beyond perfection! Great gym. Little beach team due to high winds, but fabulous, nonetheless. *I do not recommend a room with rooftop pool (my choice), as you don't get a pool. It's so shallow I just sat in it. Get the swim-out, as you can actually swim and float a good portion of the resort."

"Our multigenerational family enjoyed everything about this resort! The staff was friendly, and accommodating, and the service was impeccable in every venue including housekeeping. Our junior suite was luxurious and so comfy and clean. We enjoyed a combination of the beach and pools each day...so fun! Food was outstanding, and beautifully presented, and it being all-inclusive made the stay so easy! Our gluten free and dairy free family members had so many delicious choices! It truly was a tropical paradise, and the amazing staff made it even more so. Highly recommend!!"

"My fiancé and I stayed at Atelier and it was absolutely AMAZING! Truly the best all-inclusive food I’ve ever had. The service was also incredible. In particular, we had so much fun with Miguel when we were enjoying drinks and food in the beach area — he was always anticipating whatever we needed before we even asked! He and Andres were so kind and attentive, especially since I was practicing my Spanish. We also had an amazing time at the bars around the hotel. El Cielo was incredible, and Alberto, Danilo, and Karen took such great care of my fiancé and me during our visit up there. They were truly wonderful. This was easily the best food and service I’ve experienced at an all-inclusive resort. I’m so grateful to the staff for making our stay so special and for giving me such a great opportunity to practice Spanish. We can’t wait to come back! 💛"
